For Apple products we work with experience technicians nearby to which we send your device. Most repairs are completed within 5 business days.

Service Calls
We encourage most of our customers to save a few dollars and bring their computers to our shop for repairs, particularly when the repair stretches over hours or days.
However, there are times when much can be accomplished in an hour or two at your home or business in the surrounding area. Examples of our on-site services include networking, setting up wireless routers and printers, sharing files and printers between computers, setting up data backup, and consultation that includes optimization of your computer.
- Fees begin at $75 for one hour of service, billable in 30-minute increments.
- An appointment for consultation at our shop starts at a $75/hr rate, again billable in 30-minute increments.
- To have computer equipment picked up from your location for repair at our repair center, we offer free pickup within 3 miles of our shop. A minimal $35 fee will be added for locations 3 to 10-miles of our shop.

Remote Assistance
Many types of computer problems don’t require a visit to our office, or letting strangers into your home, at all.
If your problem is not hardware-related, and if you have a working Internet connection, we can use a remote assistance product provided by Solar Winds Start Control to help you out!
All you will have to do, during our phone call, is go toStartControl.com (on your computer) and enter a one-time code that we will give you. Via Internet magic, we will be able to see your computer and temporarily control your mouse to help walk you through simple problems, such as printer issues or Internet navigation errors, setting up backups and more. The code only works once, and once you close the StartControl, we no longer have access your computer.
